Global Luxury Travel LLC  ◆  Last Updated: April 2026

Global Luxury Travel LLC ("GLT," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of every person who visits our website or entrusts us with their personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a California resident under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We handle all personal information with the same discretion we apply to every aspect of our service.

01. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that you provide directly to us, information collected automatically when you visit our website, and information necessary to fulfill the travel services you request.

Information you provide directly:

Information collected automatically:

02. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information you provide solely to provide and improve the travel advisory services you have requested. Specifically:

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information for marketing purposes. We do not use your information for advertising targeting. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to fulfill your specific travel arrangements.

03. Information Shared With Travel Suppliers

To plan and execute your travel arrangements, we share relevant portions of your personal information with the travel suppliers directly involved in your trip — including but not limited to hotels, airlines, private aviation operators, yacht charter companies, ground transportation providers, and destination management companies.

Information shared with suppliers is limited to what is strictly necessary to fulfill your requested arrangements — for example, dietary requirements shared with a hotel restaurant, or passport details shared with an airline. Suppliers receive only the information relevant to their specific role in your journey.

We do not authorize suppliers to use your information for any purpose other than fulfilling your travel arrangements, and we do not allow suppliers to share your information with third parties.

04. Information About Minor Children

GLT does not market to or contract with individuals under the age of 18. However, as part of planning family travel arrangements, we may collect personal information about minor children — including names, dates of birth, passport details, and dietary or medical information — solely at the direction of the parent or legal guardian who is our client.

By submitting information about a minor child through your Client Portfolio, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you consent to the collection and use of that information for the purpose of fulfilling your family's travel arrangements.

We treat information about minor children with the same care and discretion as all other personal information we hold.

05. Data Storage and Security

Your Client Portfolio data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 Type II compliant database platform. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to your portfolio data is restricted to your account and to authorized GLT personnel only.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account and data, we will process that request within 45 days and confirm deletion in writing.

While no system is entirely impenetrable, we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

06. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors engage with our website. This service places cookies on your device to collect anonymous usage data — such as pages visited, time on site, and device type. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

Google Analytics is only activated after you explicitly consent to cookies via the consent notice displayed on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is collected. You may change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or social media tracking of any kind.

07. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at portfolio@gltadvisory.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

08. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Global Luxury Travel does not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or marketing purposes — and never has. This is a foundational principle of how we operate, not merely a legal compliance measure.

If you wish to formally exercise your right to opt out of any potential future sale or sharing of your personal information, or if you have concerns about how your data is being handled, please contact us at portfolio@gltadvisory.com. We will confirm receipt and respond within 45 days.

09. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify active clients directly.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
