“I texted him at midnight because our connecting flight was cancelled. By morning, we had a private charter and never missed a day.”
James H., London
Every engagement starts with
a conversation.
Whether the trip is straightforward or complex, the first step is the same.
Hotels and Villas
The right property, the right room, the right season. Sourced through relationships, not algorithms.
Complex Itineraries
Multi-destination, multigenerational, and milestone occasions. Security logistics, high-profile and celebrity travel, last-minute business requirements. The trips that require orchestration across every detail, not just booking.
Access and Moments
Event access, private experiences, and the things that are not publicly available. We facilitate what others describe as impossible. If it can be arranged, we know how.
What we make
otherwise impossible.
Some things are not available. Some require relationships that take years to build. Some require a name that is known before yours is mentioned. We hold those relationships. This is a partial account of what becomes possible when they are used well.
The Formula 1 paddock is not publicly accessible.
We have the relationships that make it otherwise.
Race weekend hospitality, garage access, and driver introductions at select Grand Prix.
Augusta National requires an invitation.
We hold several.
The Masters, The Open Championship, and private member rounds at courses not listed in any directory.
The finest properties are never listed.
They are offered quietly, to people who are expected.
Scottish Highland castles, Tuscan estates, private Caribbean islands available exclusively through introduction.
Airport immigration is unavoidable.
Unless you know who we know.
Private terminal access, diplomatic-tier arrival coordination, and onward logistics in 60+ cities worldwide.
The Olympic Opening Ceremony has restricted access beyond ticket holders.
Our clients are seated differently.
Cannes Film Festival, Art Basel, Venice Biennale. Hosted access, not just attendance.
Some places require more than a booking.
They require a permit, a contact, and a guide who has been there before.
Antarctica, the Kamchatka Peninsula, the Empty Quarter. Private expedition design from concept to return.
Public booking channels show
what can be reserved.
GLT works the relationship layer behind them.
Through direct brand relationships, preferred hotel programs, select independent properties, curated hotel collections, and trusted operators, we determine the best path for each client and journey. Sometimes that creates preferred rates or added amenities. Sometimes it creates better recognition, flexibility, access, or recovery.
The point is not only what is added to the booking. It is the judgment behind how the booking is handled.
Relationships create options, not obligations.
GLT operates through a relationship network that includes Virtuoso, Global Travel Collection, direct brand partners, select independent properties, curated hotel collections, and trusted operators.

There is a small circle of people who move through the world this way. You see the same faces in St. Barts in January, in Courchevel in February, in Cannes in May. They book the same villas, request the same rooms, charter the same yachts. The geography changes. The circle does not.
We have spent years inside that world. We know exactly when to arrive and when it is time to leave. We know which room is worth requesting and which yacht is genuinely worth your time. We know what to skip and why.
New people enter this world every year. We are here to make sure the learning curve is not something you have to experience yourself.

Speak
We speak first. Before any brief, before any booking, before anything. The point is to understand whether the fit is mutual and what the engagement actually requires. Not every client is right for how we work. Not every situation is one we should be handling. That conversation happens first.
Discovery
We go deep on who you are, how you travel, and what matters to you. Not a questionnaire. A conversation. The difference between a trip that works and one that is remembered comes entirely from this stage.
Design
A private itinerary built entirely around your brief. Every element sourced at the relationship level. Nothing templated. Nothing suggested because it is easier for us. Everything selected because it is right for you.
Throughout
From departure to return, we are available. Not an emergency line. Not a chatbot. The person who built the trip, available throughout it, because that is the only way this works properly.
“We gave him three days’ notice for a trip we had been failing to plan for six months. It was flawless.”
Catherine M., New York
A public intelligence document
for the private traveler.
365 days. Few are worth the flight. This is the list.
An open calendar of the world's most significant events. The regattas, the auctions, the openings, the major matches. With the lead time, the access reality, and the logistics that determine whether you arrive on the right side of the door.
Some of the worlds
our clients return to.
We are not searching for the most expensive answer. We are looking for the property, room, season, and rhythm that still have a sense of place.
Not what is available.
What should be.
There is a particular quality to travel without compromise. Not the comfort, but the contact. Contact with a landscape that makes your life feel briefly, usefully small. With a culture whose relationship to time, food, or silence asks something of you. With a version of yourself that only exists far from home.
Our work is to remove every obstacle between you and that contact. That is the work. Everything between now and the moment you arrive is ours to handle.

I grew up with no access to travel. Post-college, I reverse-engineered a path to see the world by becoming an international photojournalist. Travel became my career, my identity, and my calling.
I built Global Luxury Travel because I know the difference between the experience that is supposed to be exceptional and the one that actually is. Every recommendation I make comes from having been there, not from having read about it.
Some journeys are not planned around a destination. They are planned around who will be there, what it needs to mean, and what should be remembered years later. That is the work I do.
What prospective
clients ask first.
Clients who value their time more than the process of planning travel. Clients who expect discretion, access beyond public inventory, and a single accountable relationship from first conversation to return. If your travel should feel as considered as every other part of your life, this is the right conversation.
A hotel concierge works for the hotel. A booking platform works for the booking. A credit card program works within its own network. We work for you. That difference determines every recommendation we make, every property we select, and every call we take at 2am when something needs to be sorted. We know when a preferred partner channel is stronger, when a direct hotel relationship matters more, and when the right answer is not a hotel program at all.
Online booking is useful when the trip is simple and the stakes are low. GLT is for travel where the room, timing, access, service, discretion, and recovery plan matter. The internet can show availability. It cannot tell you which property is quietly slipping, which suite is worth the premium, which arrival needs to be choreographed, or who should be called when the public answer is no. The average traveler spends 16 hours planning and booking a single trip. Our clients spend none of them.
We listen. The first conversation is how we establish whether the fit is mutual and what the engagement actually requires. Not every client is right for how we work. Not every situation is one we should be handling. That honesty is the foundation. The conversation is always complimentary and without obligation.
Engagements are designed individually. We do not publish a rate card because the scope depends on the client, the timing, and what the journey requires. The first conversation is complimentary and without obligation. From there we discuss what the engagement looks like and what it involves.
Often, yes. Through preferred relationships and partner channels, we can frequently secure preferred rates or added value such as upgrade priority when available, daily breakfast, hotel or resort credits, early check-in or late checkout consideration, and other property-specific privileges. The exact benefits vary by property, program, rate, and season. We will tell you what is confirmed, what is expected, and what is discretionary.
Every client relationship is treated with complete discretion. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information under any circumstances. Confidentiality is not a policy. It is the operating standard.
You are not alone with a confirmation number. In Virtuoso's 2025 luxury traveler research, 65% of clients cited an added layer of protection as a top benefit of working with an advisor. GLT's role is to anticipate changes, adjust plans, escalate when needed, and advocate through human channels when the public answer is no. The client experience does not end at booking. It ends when you are home.
Always. You keep the final say. Our role is to narrow the field, test the assumptions, and bring forward only what is worth considering. This remains your trip. We make the choices sharper, not fewer.
No. Relationships create options, not obligations. We recommend the path that best serves the trip, whether that is a preferred program, a direct hotel relationship, a local operator, or no program at all. The right relationship is used when it serves the journey. Not because it is the easiest channel.

We respond to every enquiry personally. If this is not the right moment, we are happy to maintain a relationship until it is.
“My assistant used to spend two weeks on travel. Now she sends one text.”
